1. Who we are and who operates the services

My Anchorline Support ("My Anchorline Support," "MAS," "we," "us," or "our") provides professionally managed virtual support, operational assistance, workflow documentation, customer relationship management support, and related services.

Before formation of a separate MAS entity: My Anchorline Support is a service operated by PivotNest Labs Inc. ("PivotNest Labs" or "PNL").

After formation of a separate MAS entity: My Anchorline Support, LLC is a separate legal entity powered by PivotNest Labs Inc., which provides technology, automation, platform administration, systems development, and related operational support.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, disclosed, stored, and protected in connection with MAS websites, landing pages, QR codes, convention and event activities, badge scans, forms, consultations, applications, calls, text messages, emails, client onboarding, service delivery, and related communications (collectively, the "Services").

MAS is powered by PivotNest Labs. The phrase "Powered by PivotNest Labs" is a brand and technology endorsement. The privacy and legal responsibilities described in this policy depend on the actual relationship between MAS and PNL, including whether PNL is the legal operator of MAS or a service provider processing information for a separate MAS entity.

5. Email, telephone, and text communications

A. Email

MAS may send requested follow-up, appointment information, service communications, educational materials, event information, newsletters, and marketing messages. Commercial emails will identify the sender and provide a clear method to unsubscribe. Transactional or service-related messages may continue when necessary to administer an active relationship or respond to a request.

B. Telephone calls

MAS may call concerning an inquiry, consultation, appointment, application, or business relationship. Providing a telephone number does not, by itself, authorize every form of automated marketing call.

C. SMS and MMS

MAS will send recurring promotional or automated marketing text messages only when it has the level of consent required by applicable law. When you expressly opt in:

  • Message frequency may vary.

  • Message and data rates may apply.

  • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

  • Reply STOP to opt out.

  • Reply HELP for assistance.

  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

After an opt-out request, MAS may send one non-promotional confirmation that the request has been processed. SMS consent is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their independent marketing.

6. Legal bases for processing

Depending on the person's location and the circumstances, MAS may process personal information based on:

  • Consent

  • A request to take steps before entering into a contract

  • Performance of a contract

  • Compliance with a legal obligation

  • Legitimate business interests that do not improperly override privacy rights

  • Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims

When processing is based on consent, consent may be withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect processing that lawfully occurred before withdrawal.

7. GoHighLevel, PivotNest Labs, and other service providers

A. GoHighLevel

MAS uses GoHighLevel as a customer relationship management, marketing, appointment, and communications platform. Information collected through MAS forms, QR codes, landing pages, calendars, emails, calls, or text-message workflows may be stored or processed in the MAS GoHighLevel account.

B. PivotNest Labs

MAS is powered by PivotNest Labs. Depending on the applicable service and MAS's legal structure, PivotNest Labs may operate MAS infrastructure or process personal information on behalf of MAS.

PivotNest Labs may provide or support:

  • GoHighLevel configuration and administration

  • Customer relationship management systems

  • Email, telephone, and text-message workflows

  • Website forms, landing pages, and appointment scheduling

  • Workflow automation and software integrations

  • AI-enabled tools, summaries, analytics, and recommendations

  • Information security, troubleshooting, and technical support

  • Platform maintenance, operational reporting, and systems development

Authorized PivotNest Labs personnel and contractors may access personal information only when reasonably necessary to perform these functions, administer MAS systems, maintain security, investigate technical issues, or comply with legal obligations. Where PNL processes information on behalf of MAS, it is expected to do so under applicable confidentiality, security, and data-processing obligations.

Receiving communications from MAS does not automatically enroll you in independent PivotNest Labs marketing. PNL may use information for its own independent marketing only when separately permitted by law and, where required, after obtaining separate consent.

C. Other service providers

MAS may use vendors that provide website hosting, cloud storage, communications, scheduling, analytics, accounting, payment processing, automation, transcription, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and professional services. These providers may process personal information only to perform contracted services, subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and data-protection requirements.

8. AI-enabled processing and derived information

MAS and its authorized providers, including PivotNest Labs, may use AI-enabled and automated tools to assist with:

  • Transcribing or summarizing meetings and calls

  • Organizing contact, consultation, and onboarding notes

  • Categorizing inquiries and requested services

  • Identifying business needs or follow-up priorities

  • Preparing internal recommendations or draft communications

  • Improving workflows, quality assurance, and operational reporting

  • Supporting CRM lead routing, analytics, and service delivery

These tools may generate summaries, classifications, recommendations, or other information derived from information you provide. MAS personnel remain responsible for material business decisions. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are used as operational aids rather than as legal, financial, employment, credit, or other professional determinations about you.

9. How we disclose information

MAS may disclose personal information:

  • To employees, contractors, and authorized representatives who need it to perform their duties

  • To PivotNest Labs when reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve MAS systems and services

  • To CRM, communications, cloud, hosting, security, analytics, payment, transcription, AI, and professional-service providers

  • To a person or business you ask us to contact or introduce

  • To an event organizer when necessary to administer an event, drawing, or jointly offered activity

  • To government agencies, regulators, courts, or law-enforcement authorities when legally required

  • In connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction

  • To protect the rights, property, security, or safety of MAS, PNL, clients, personnel, or others

  • With your direction or consent

MAS does not provide your telephone number or SMS opt-in consent to unrelated businesses so that they can send automated marketing calls or text messages without the consent required by law.

10. Recordings, transcripts, and public content

MAS may record or transcribe certain consultations, onboarding sessions, support calls, training sessions, webinars, or events for documentation, service delivery, quality assurance, training, and operational continuity.

Where feasible, MAS will provide notice in registration materials, scheduling flows, event descriptions, or at the beginning of the session. Where applicable law requires consent, MAS will obtain the required consent before recording.

Recordings, photographs, testimonials, clips, or transcripts will not be published for advertising, case studies, social media, or public content without first obtaining any permission required by law or agreement. Convention photography, video interviews, or testimonials may require a separate media release.

11. International processing and data transfers

MAS operates through personnel, contractors, technology providers, and business relationships in the United States and the Philippines. Personal information may therefore be accessed, stored, supported, or processed outside the country where it was collected.

MAS uses reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards for international processing. Authorized Philippine personnel may access information only to perform approved MAS functions and are expected to follow confidentiality, role-based access, and data-security requirements. Information transferred to another country may be subject to that country's laws and lawful governmental access requirements.

12. Data security

MAS uses reasonable administrative, organizational, physical, and technical safeguards intended to protect personal information, which may include:

  • Role-based access restrictions

  • Two-factor authentication

  • Credential-management systems

  • Confidentiality and data-processing obligations

  • Privacy and security training

  • Secure cloud platforms

  • Access review and termination procedures

  • Incident-response processes

  • Vendor diligence and contractual controls

  • Backup, continuity, and recovery procedures

No electronic transmission or storage system is completely secure, and MAS cannot guarantee absolute security.

13. Data retention

MAS retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Respond to an inquiry

  • Manage a prospective, active, or former business relationship

  • Deliver requested services

  • Maintain consent, suppression, and opt-out records

  • Fulfill legal, tax, accounting, contractual, security, and compliance obligations

  • Resolve disputes or enforce agreements

  • Maintain operational continuity, quality assurance, or training records where appropriate

Unless a longer period is required or justified, convention and prospective-customer information will generally be reviewed after 24 months of inactivity. Information no longer required will be securely deleted, anonymized, or restricted. MAS may retain a minimal suppression record, such as an email address or telephone number, to honor a previous opt-out request.

14. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on location and applicable law, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information MAS maintains about you

  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information

  • Request deletion or erasure

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

  • Withdraw consent

  • Request a portable copy of certain information

  • Opt out of promotional email

  • Revoke consent for calls or text messages

  • Appeal the denial of a privacy request

  • File a complaint with an appropriate privacy authority

Rights may be subject to legal exceptions. MAS may need to verify identity before completing a request. MAS will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising a privacy right.

15. Philippines data-subject rights

When the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 applies, data subjects may have rights that include being informed, accessing personal data, objecting to processing, correcting inaccurate information, requesting erasure or blocking when appropriate, seeking data portability, and filing a complaint with the Philippine National Privacy Commission. MAS will process applicable requests in accordance with Philippine law and required identity-verification procedures.

16. Tennessee and other U.S. state privacy rights

Certain U.S. state privacy laws apply only when a business meets specified legal thresholds. When an applicable state privacy law covers MAS and your information, MAS will provide and honor the rights required by that law. You may contact MAS to ask whether a particular state privacy law applies to your request.

17. Cookies and analytics

MAS websites and landing pages may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to operate forms and website features, remember preferences, measure traffic and engagement, attribute referrals, improve marketing performance, detect misuse, and maintain security. You may control cookies through browser or device settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect functionality. Where required, MAS will provide a cookie-management or consent mechanism.

18. Children's privacy

MAS Services are directed to businesses and adults. MAS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in the United States or from persons below the applicable age of legal consent in another jurisdiction. Contact MAS if you believe a child has provided personal information so that MAS can review and delete it when appropriate.

19. Third-party websites and services

MAS communications and websites may contain links to third-party websites or services. MAS does not control and is not responsible for those parties' privacy practices. Review their privacy notices before providing information.

20. Changes to this policy

MAS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in operations, technology, legal obligations, or privacy practices. The revised policy will display an updated "Last updated" date. When changes are material, MAS may provide additional notice as required by law.
